Have you heard of Minx nails? They are heat-applied stickers that give your nails a mirror like sheen. They come in a variety on patterns and colors. They last for about a week and have to be removed with the same heat lamp they were applied with. Minx manicures are $55 and pedis are $85.

Yeah riiiiiight. As lovely as they are, I will not be trying those anytime soon.

But today in Ulta, I saw the Orly Foil FX Collection. It looked very Minx like in the bottle and I decided to give it a try. I mean, for $7, why the heck not?

I decided to try the gold shade called Luxe. Isn’t it purrty?
