Here’s Your Spring 2012 Trend Checklist!

1. Color-Blocking

Is my new favorite thing in life. Seriously, it’s so much fun. Though, I would
only stick with three coordinating colors so you don’t look homeless. Or
like Rainbow Brite.

2. Put A Little Peplum On It

I love what peplum can do to enhance or even create curves for a woman.
Am I the only who thinks of a modern bustle? I mean that totally in a good
way.

3. Heavy Metallics

Last fall during New York Fashion Week, we saw some heavy metallics
kicking everyday staples into high gear. And, hey, why not add a little shine
into your look?

4. Pass The Pastels

Pastels are back and they are nothing like they were in the 80s–from what
I can tell anyway. They are fun and flirty, and not to mention fem.

5. Orange, You Looking Lovely in Tangerine…

Tangerine Orange that is. It’s no wonder that Pantone named Tangerine
Orange Spring’s IT color. It’s super flattering on whoever wears it. Not
just clothing either, tips and lips, too.

6. Anoraks On Racks On Racks

Anoraks add just the right amount of toughness and edge to Spring’s super
fem trends. How fun would an anorak be over a pastel dress?

7. Go Bold Or Go Home

… in graphic prints this Spring with fun prints and vibrant colors.

8. Neon Shock

Give your look an electric shock with a little (or a lot!) of neon in the mix.
Brights on brights on brights, anyone?
