My skin lost its mind last week and gave me the finger. So to show it who’s the boss, I had a chemical peel to whip its butt back into submission.

The only problem? I’ll be a peely, scaley mess the next couple of days. Don’t worry. I won’t show my face and scare you. :-p

You want to know what is behaving, though? My hair! I am about 2 inches away from being relaxer-free! Woot woot!

I didn’t think I could do it. Between the new growth and unexpected hair cuts, I was like, this natural stuff miiiiight not be for me.And I’m almost ashamed because it really hasn’t been that bad.

Or as bad as it could have been had I not had someone to guide my process.Thanks, Mom 🙂
