14 Jun I’m Starting to Pack For Paris, Yall!
Yes. I realize that I am a bit premature in starting to pack considering that I don’t leave until August.But that hasn’t stopped me from throwing things in a suitcase that I want to be sure make the trip. I have to be sure I have all the essential’s wouldn’t you say?
The things I love?
I don’t know how you all are when you get dressed but when I get dressed, I have a theme in my head. Like, boy meets girl. Or, Carrie Bradshaw has lunch with an editor. 70s flower child, stuff like that.
So when I’m in Paris, I plan to be as French as possible.
I know, I know, the French are known for their muted colors. Listen, I need my color. I still want to be myself. Just embracing more french brands–like Louis Vuitton.
Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent: those will be my beauty essentials that I need to pack.
I even chose a scent for the trip. Tokyo Milk’s Let Them Eat Cake. Completely brought on by my mild obsession with Marie Antoinette.
Soap that’s almost too pretty to use called French Kiss. Isn’t that the cutest? I swear, Tokyo Milk makes the best stuff.And what’s a plane ride to Paris without a bit of water to stay hydrated?I cannot wait to see the Eiffel Tower.
How do you like to pack? Do you like to pack things you love, too? Oh, and speaking of things I love. How could I forget to mention sunscreen?!
Going on vacation in the August begs for sunscreen. Shame on me!
