Every year, not even midway through the season we're in, I always get sick of it--cues commercial with little boy and his feet covered in paper mache--sick of it!

It's about that time and if you're anything like me you're dreaming of maxi dresses, bright nails and frolicking in the sun. Even thought there is snow on the ground, I am so over coats. And bulky clothing. I just want to lighten up.

Literally. 

But since I can't help the temperature, I can start to incorporate brighter pieces into my winter wear with neons. Who's with me?
