05 Dec Is There Nothing That Katy Perry Won’t Bedazzle?!
Katy Perry looks like such a fun person to me. She is always so whimsical with her outfits, nails and makeup. I was quite surprised when she appeared on the December cover of Harper’s Bazaar magazine looking, quite, well, plain. Not a sequin, glitter speck, or rhinestone nail in sight! I feel like when you have an artist like Katy Perry who is obviously up for having fun with her look, you have to take advantage. The possibilities are endless.
Turn’s out, Harper’s Bazaar did have some fun with Perry’s cover, but only for subscribers. And get this, certain VIPs will receive covers with actual crystals on it! I die!
