On Thursday, I went to get a sneak peek at Kmart’s Spring 2012 Collection to help kick off their partnership with Sophmore helping to solve your #fashionweekproblems.

In addition to showing the Kmart’s Fashion brand’s Spring line’s, you also had the opportunity to make your Fashion Week Survival Kit.

After the event, I hopped on the train and this guy spotted my Kmart Fashion tote, and couldn’t get it in his head that Kmart was ‘fashionable.’ I was sure to let him know how wrong he was!

I also told him that if he is planning on attending New York Fashion Week (LOL, right), and he forgets something in his survival kit, he can tweet @KmartFashion with his request using the hashtag #fashionweekproblems and someone in the concierge service would bring it to him. Girls, you remember that too.

He laughed and wished me a ‘Happy Fashion Week,’ when he got off the train. I still don’t think he gets it.

But you know what I get? That Kmart is defining coming for the stylish girls with their spring lines.

You guys already know that I love Sofia Vergara’s collection but that Spring line? Beyond amazing, and we won’t even talk about the jewelry! I need that motorcross trench in my life. Like, quick and in a hurry.

But the spring line that stole my heart? Attention:

That lovely lady there is Tori, the Design Director for Attention. According to her, the Attention girl is fun and loves color. In other words, me! That was my favorite thing about this line, all the color–that and those lace-up shoes in the bottom right.

Tori also let me know that all of this stuff should be in stores by February 6th. What a great day, if I may say so myself (cough, my birthday, cough).

Who’s heading to Kmart with me to check out all the new Spring clothes??
