I think I told you guys that I have been working on redesigning the blog for some time now. I have a very specific idea of what I want this site to convey. The funny thing is when I felt like I was looking for examples of what I wanted for the longest time and couldn’t find any and now they are everyone.
Don’t you love when that happens? What’s that saying about when you conspire to do something? The ‘universe’ conspires with you?
I’ve decided I want to play up the ‘In The City’ aspect of this blog with it’s background design. I’m strolling through a department store and what do I see? The picture above!
Not to mention that I was walking through Penn Station and saw this, first:
I get super excited whenever I see anything ‘&/in the city’ that actually uses the city in its design. I think of my blog 🙂
The above images were snapped for inspiration, too. They matter. The funny thing is, I don’t know why it took me seeing all of these pictures for inspiration, my room looks like this for the most part.
Isn’t the funny how we take everyday sights for granted some times?
