You guys know how I feel about my mom, it’s isn’t a secret she’s one of my most favorite people, ever. Before the year started, she decided that she was going to created a vision board (and book, what what!), I was excited that she was not only setting her vision but actually preparing to take the steps. She wanted to start a blog, and she has, it’s up right now. Updated, weekly.

That’s one thing she checked off the list: starting the blog. Next, she decided that she not only wanted to get in better shape but that she wanted to do a marathon.

I know, right!

If you’re going to do something, you better do it. BIG. So, she’s walking this marathon in D.C. at the end of April. Me and one of my best friends are going to go cheer her on, makes signs and all that. One of the tasks that she has to complete before she can take place in the marathon is to raise a certain amount of money. So homegirl decided that she was going to sell Stella & Dot, that way by purchasing something, in addition to donating to  Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, you get a present, too.

She didn’t have to tell me twice. Jewelry? And  the money goes to a good cause? I didn’t donate to THON this year so I feel like this makes up for it. I’ve got my eye on the Pegasus necklace, Gilded Arrow Bangle  and Artemus Cuff.
