I’m saying yes to everything this summer.

New York in the summer is the absolute best. Once you get past the trash smell that always seems to get in your mouth and your clothing sticking to you while you wait for your train, it’s really, a very magical time in the city.

I get excited… and then reality sets in.

I started to get overwhelmed to think about all that I want to do this summer and work and find time to blog, and finish decorating my new little Upper East Side studio. I’m like, I mean, I can’t even blog on a regular schedule, which I promise, I actually am working on.

Can we just discuss that I am wearing so many things I thought I would never wear? One, so much black. Two, shorts–I thought I hated them and my thighs would eat them (just being honest) and third, and most obvious to me looking at these pictures, only 5 pieces of jewelry are paired with this scoop crop top sitch, I have going on.

I didn’t think anything of this outfit really, but of course, the men on the streets of New York make me feel like I’m doing the most.

It’s going to be a long (but great) summer, New York.

Get ready.

    I seriously thought that was a real book in your hand and thought nothing of it lol! That clutch is sooo cool…the Paris one would everything. I also love those starbucks drinks…yumm yumm!

    Yeeees to saying yes to everything! I’ve found just saying yes without thinking about your inhibitions or “what if’s” makes everything more fun and adventurous. Summer 2014 isn’t ready for us!
